2006 and 1910, state and Romanesque Revival: Two styles of two centuries are with the minimalist house and the historic St. Clement's Church opposite. But her skin connects them. Inside, a single large room on the ground floor offers space for living. The individual zones (living / dining room, kitchen, floor) are separated only by shear walls or elevation changes. With high structural costs, such as slab offsets in the inner rooms and a continuous silvery fascia plate on the exterior, the design concept was realized.
