Design occupancy on the land area of ​​500 m2 in area start from the idea of ​​a consultant architect to put a wide opening for the park in the front page and the side of the house was fused with the inner room. As a result, every room gets natural light and fresh air circulation as well as indoor-outdoor atmosphere combined with modern minimalist style.  

The first architect to design an L-shaped building mass with a pool in which the presence of the element of water is expected to make a shady atmosphere of home. Form of the building mass is dominated by geometric box containing an array of solid wall and the window width and position is set forth to each other dynamically. A transparent box on huk lots designed with sloping walls in order to become attractive accent and marks the main entrance area (entrance) to the house. A large transparent box in the middle of the house into a family gathering area and inside it looks ladder steel construction and the wood exposed. Apart from artificial ingredients, many architects also use natural materials like wood lattice (lattice) as a baffle / 'second skin' (secondary skin) that secures the hot sun. Jogja andesite and sandstone are also used as wall and floor coating outside.

Inside the house, the architect set in a transparent spaces (open plan) with no wall insulation for space in the impressive field. The ground floor arranged for the service area, multipurpose room and garage, first floor for a gathering place for families, while the second floor bedrooms are also home theater. Stairs inside, watching tv room, dining room and pantry arranged together without wall insulation and oriented toward the pool so they can create visual continuity between inner and outer space. Special master bedroom, located on the corner behind the first floor with fresh scenery flanked by both of the swimming pool or garden beside the house. When you go up to the floor of the roof (roof top), we will find a relaxed seating area and a barbeque while enjoying the sea in the distance. Simple geometric square furniture and neutral color such as beige, gray black also combined with an attractive decorative ornaments and brightly colored accessories so that it becomes a different accent in every room.
